As Vice President and General Manager of the Mission Critical Environments Division, Jonathan oversees all of the day-to-day business and future planning and development for Subzero and Simplex. Jonathan has a varied career thus far that has him skilled in Project Management, Product Management, and leading entrepreneurial initiatives. He received his MBA from Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Jonathan is a problem solver by nature and believes that our customers deserve a premier experience that starts with the quote and ends with a successful installation. Jonathan has played soccer his entire life and is now enjoying coaching his own kids. He is a proud father of 3, loves the beach, the mountains, and anything involving adventurous travel in the great outdoors. He wishes he had time to fish!
As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Mission Critical Environments Division, Sam oversees marketing, business development, and manages our growing team of Global Sales Reps for Subzero and Simplex. Over the last 15 years Sam has held a variety of sales roles with different manufacturers and service organizations within the critical facility infrastructure space. Sam attended Louisiana State University where he studied Construction Management. In his free time he likes to run and to spend as much time as he can outdoors with his wife and his 3 boys.
Daniel is a business leader with over 15 years of global and multicultural experience at Fortune 100 and large privately-held companies. He has extensive expertise in product development, management and strategy. Daniel enjoys solving customer problems and crafting solutions in a collaborative environment; over the course of his career he has successfully built several management teams that value cross-functional relationships. Daniel received his MBA from Vanderbilt University - Owen School of Management, is a proud husband and father of 2 amazing boys, loves traveling the world, motorsports, and skiing.
As Director of Operations with over 20 years of experience in a variety of manufacturing environments, Mark’s main focus is to oversee the daily operations at Simplex and to satisfy customer demand, whether internal or external. Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic University. Mark is also a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Certified making him a skilled leader in problem solving and waste reduction activities. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the gym, and with his wife, 3 children, and new grandson.
Jerry has a background in account and project management within the HVAC and door and hardware industries. When the opportunity came to combine his previous industries and add to his knowledge, he jumped at the chance. In and out of work, Jerry enjoys talking with people and forming relationships. Since he lives in Michigan, Jerry’s hobbies include spending as much time as possible outside with his family before winter shuts everything down.
Phil is an experienced team leader with a successful track record developing sales teams and working with clients across multiple industries. Some of his skills include: managing regional sales reps., negotiating contracts, sales management, business development, technical design, and team building. Phil is a seasoned sales professional (15 + years) with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from LSU.
Shannon graduated from the Salt Lake Community College with a degree in Visual Art and Design - Multimedia Emphasis. She brings more than 10 years of experience in creating marketing materials, websites, videos, graphics, and more. As the Marketing Creative Specialist for the Mission Critical Environments Division she looks forward to creating amazing marketing materials to further separate Subzero and Simplex from their competitors and promote sales. Away from work she enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and three kids.
Eric joined the Mission Critical Environments Division with almost 20 years of experience in the critical facility space. During his previous roles he assisted customers with management of their facilities, vendors, and project managed large roll outs. To make sure his customers feel valued and understood Eric believes customers need to be a friend before they can be a customer. Outside of work Eric enjoys spending time with family, watching football, and music.
